Restaurateurs with a broad tradition
In 2008, we moved from Sweden to the sunny island of Mallorca, bringing with us our wealth of experience as restaurateurs in our home country, as well as the culinary influences from our time in business in the south of France. Here in this Mediterranean
paradise, we found the former Hotel Alfonso XII - perched like a balcony over the sea. We sympathetically restored this exquisite early 20th century landmark building to become
the home of one of Mallorca’s most
beautifully located quality restaurants.
